Before Sthan, I was losing leads because my brokers weren't following up consistently—everything was in WhatsApp and Excel. The broker tracking dashboard is my most-used feature since it shows me exactly who's working which lead. Since switching, our response time dropped from 24 hours to under 4 hours, and we've closed 30% more deals. Sthan is the simplest way for builders to track broker-sourced leads and close more without spreadsheets.
5 builders, in their own words.
Named, not anonymised. Every quote below is published verbatim and with permission — including the part that makes it obvious what these builders actually bought Sthan for.
Real names. Real numbers.
Full name, company and city on every one. If a testimonial cannot carry a name, it is not worth reading.
- 5 verified builders
- 5.0 average rating
- 4 Gujarat cities
- 100% would recommend
Read the quotes below and one pattern jumps straight out: nearly every builder is talking about brokers. Response time on broker-sourced leads. Who brought which enquiry. Follow-ups that used to evaporate. Payouts that used to live in a spreadsheet nobody trusted. That is not an accident of who we asked.
It is where the pain was sharpest, so it is where Sthan got adopted first, and it is the part of the product these five have put the most hours into. We could have spread the quotes across the rest of the platform and made this page look broader than the evidence is.
Sthan runs the whole journey — marketing, inventory, bookings, construction-linked collections, RERA documents and possession — but what is proven on this page is concentrated in one channel. Saying otherwise would be the first dishonest thing on the site.
My biggest frustration was not knowing which broker brought which lead until it was too late. I use the lead pipeline view most because I can see at a glance where every prospect stands. We've saved about 10 hours/week on manual tracking, and broker activity doubled in 2 months. Sthan gives builders complete visibility over their broker network and leads.
Before Sthan, leads fell through the cracks constantly—no central system to track broker follow-ups. The real-time broker activity feed is what I check daily; it keeps everyone accountable. Our lead-to-close rate improved by 25%, and we respond to new leads in under 5 hours now vs. a full day before. If you're a builder working with brokers, Sthan is essential for stopping leaked leads.
I was tired of chasing brokers for updates and still missing follow-ups on hot leads. The automated follow-up reminders are my favorite feature—they ping brokers automatically so I don't have to. We've closed 15+ more units this quarter than the same period last year, and I save roughly 8 hours weekly. Sthan automates the busywork so builders and brokers can focus on closing.
Managing 4 projects with 20+ brokers was chaotic—no single source of truth for lead status. The multi-project dashboard is invaluable; I can switch between projects and see all broker activity in one place. Broker response rates went up 3x, and we're closing leads 2 weeks faster on average. Sthan is the operating system for any builder serious about broker-channel sales.
What these 5 don't tell you.
Every marketing site puts its best customers on a page. Here is what ours is not.
5 builders is 5 builders. It is not a survey, it is not a representative sample of Indian developers, and it is nowhere near enough to draw a trend line from. Read each one as a single builder's account of their own business — not as a benchmark you should expect to hit.
Every figure came from the person who said it. We did not calculate the 30 per cent or the ten hours a week — they did, about their own operation, and we published the number as given rather than rounding it our way. Where a builder gave a before-and-after, that is their measurement of their own team, not a benchmark we ran.
Names, companies and cities are real and published with permission. Nothing here is flattened into "a leading developer in western India", because an anonymous testimonial is worth roughly nothing to the person reading it. If you want to check one before you buy, ask us and we will make the introduction.
You will also notice these are not marked up as star ratings in our page code. Tagging your own customers' reviews of your own product as structured data is self-serving markup, Google disallows it, and we took ours down when we learned that rather than waiting to be told.
The caveats, stated up front
- Five builders, not five hundredThis is early evidence from real customers. We will add more as more builders go live, and we will not pad the page in the meantime.
- One channel, mostlyThe broker and channel-partner workflow is what these five stress-tested hardest. The rest of the product is real, but it is not what this page proves.
- Their numbers, not oursEvery figure is quoted from the builder who measured it, in the words they used, with no rounding in our direction.
- 4 cities, all in GujaratThat is where we started selling, not a limit on who Sthan is built for. It is worth knowing before you read the results as national.
